HomelabFest will bring together 1,000+ homelabbers, self-hosters, and content creators: people who choose hardware and software at home and at work. As a first-of-its-kind event built by and for the community, it can only happen with support from companies large and small. Here’s how you can be part of it.

We’re looking for sponsors who want to build up the homelab community, not just collect sales leads. Bring hands-on demos, real hardware, and the engineers who built it! Companies of any size are welcome.

  • Platinum (1 of 2 remain) ($25,000): 20x20 premium location booth space (near entrance or main aisle), 20 Amp power and Wired Internet drop included, logo / link to company website on home page in Sponsors section, Thank you and link included in one attendee email with other pre-festival announcements, Keynote stage logo cycled on its own slide throughout the day, 10 passes. (Includes one exclusive sponsor opportunity, up to $5,000 value)
  • Gold (6 of 6 remain) ($10,000): 10x20 booth space in high traffic location, 20 Amp power and Wired Internet drop included, website listing and link on sponsors page, Keynote stage logo cycled on single slide with other Gold sponsors, 6 passes
  • Silver (11 of 12 remain) ($2,500): 10x10 booth space, 10 Amp power and single WiFi code included, website listing and link on sponsors page, 4 passes
  • Bronze (12 of 12 remain) ($1,000): 10x10 booth space (assigned location), 10 Amp power and single WiFi code included, website listing and link on sponsors page, 2 passes
  • Community ($200): For approved individuals or community orgs (especially OSS projects or nonprofits) who want to help make HomelabFest happen. 10x10 booth space (assigned location). 10 Amp power, 1 pass (+1 more if approved)

Booth selection goes in order of tier, then signup date.

Optional booth upgrades:

  • 10 Amp power (additional): $10 each
  • 20 Amp power: $108 each
  • 208V 20 Amp power: $125 each
  • 208V 30 Amp power: $177 each
  • Additional WiFi code: $25 + tax / day

Exclusive Sponsor Opportunities

Each opportunity is exclusive unless otherwise noted, can be purchased alone or with a tier, and includes a listing on the sponsors page.

  • Keynote Stage Sponsor ($5,000): Logo and name displayed with Keynote Stage signage (e.g. “Acme Keynote Stage”)
  • Breakout Room Sponsor (3 of 3 remain) ($2,000): Logo on sign outside one of the three breakout rooms and in official schedule. The breakout room will be named after your company for the event.
  • Creator Lounge Sponsor ($5,000): “Creator Lounge Sponsored by _____”. Signage in the private lounge for featured creators and speakers, plus access for up to 2 company reps.
  • Badge Sponsor ($5,000): Your logo will be top of mind, since people will wear it all day, and hang onto it after the show.
  • Lanyard Sponsor ($3,000): Your logo on the lanyard that will appear in practically every photo at HomelabFest.
  • Welcome Sponsor ($5,000): Official sponsor of the Sunday preview night. Also includes a backdrop with your logo alongside the HomelabFest logo used as a backdrop for interviews or photos.

To apply for Platinum or Gold sponsorship: please email sponsors@homelabfest.org with your company name and the tier and/or opportunities you’re interested in.

All sponsorships are subject to approval. HomelabFest reserves the right to decline any sponsorship at its sole discretion.
